Dukes and Duchesses Unlimited Applications closed

The Dukes and Duchesses of the Abyss The Dukes are the designated overseers of the Abyss's many Villages, serving as the crucial link between the local territories and the Royals that rule the Region. By providing real-time updates on the state of their lands, they allow the Royals to govern with precision and foresight. Beyond their duties as informants, the Dukes are the primary keepers of order and welfare; they are charged with the moral obligation of looking after the well-being of every inhabitant. Because they bridge the gap between the ruling Lords and the heartbeat of the regions, their importance to the realm is considered somewhat equal to that of the Royals. They are the listeners, the protectors, and the steady hands that keep the Abyssal regions from suffering.

Assigned Royal Guards Dukes and Duchesses are often given a extra layer of protection. While not all may possess a "weapon star" of their own, they have the option of requesting an Assigned Royal Guard. These protectors become steadfast companions, accompanying their appointed Duke or Duchess throughout their demanding duties and offering immediate assistance whenever required. These guards play a vital role in the transport of important communications by being tasked with the delivery of letters and dispatches to the Royal court, ensuring the seamless flow of information throughout the Abyssal realm.

Dukes and Duchesses hold their appointed positions across the diverse Regions of the Abyss, and their valuable work is held in high regard.
