Exervins Unlimited Applications open

Wearing large wide brimmed hats, the Exervins are the most commonly seen Noctivorus outside of the dark forests. The hats serve to shield their eyes from direct light, living in the dark forest for most of their time makes them rather sensitive to the bright outside world. However, a certain degree of obstructing their identity plays a part as well. They are also the few Noctivorus that travel further outside of the forest and even interact with the regular Abyssals to an extent. Their business is rather unknown, some seek goods, some seek connection to socialise outside of the swarms and some seek intel. These Noctivorus have a very strong sense of self-control and are less aggressive than the usual Nocti you see. Being good at reasoning shows they are in fact intelligent creatures beyond their feral nature. Their trades are plentiful but sometimes devastating, their wares are often sought after not for being exotic but at times it may just be a piece of a lost loved one, a necklace or a piece of cloth you recognise. The Exervins are respected within their and the regular Abyssal communities. Sometimes, however, these Noctis get to experience life outside the deep dark. This does make some Exervins think. Some end up deciding that life within this society compared to the brutal life in the deep dark may just be what they have been missing. Only very few in number, but occasionally, a Exervin will abandon life as a ferocious creature of the dark and turn to integrate. Given everything, a Noctivorus has to work ten times harder to be part of this life compared to its origin, feared and instincts for blood, tearing flesh, being suppressed by merely the power of their will, however strong that may be, has the general Abyssal always on an edge. With time and dedication, however, even the wildest beast can be tamed. For how long, depends on their will.
